Rick Reiley – President of General Partner; Management,LLC
Thirty years in the trade with Twenty four years electrical estimating experience and has held a Masters License since 1992. Rick attended Texas State Technical Institute where in 1983 he graduated with an Applied Science Degree in Electrical Power Distribution. Rick has extensive experience in estimating and supervision of new, remodel & design build commercial and industrial projects. He currently oversees estimating all projects for our firm and works with owners and general contractors on our design build projects. Rick has bid and project managed multi-million dollar projects. Rick as an estimator can offer his many years of expertise to any project. He can assist in the lay-out and design of any type of facility, from a major plant expansion to a new multi functional building. Other responsibilities include the day to day activities of the company in the capacity of general partner.
Gary Weddle – President of General Partner; Management,LLC
Gary has been in the electrical industry for over 29 years and as held as Masters License since 1999. He has served as a project manager for the past 22 years. Gary has been project manager over many projects going at the same time ranging from small projects up to $5.5M dollars in value and handled up to $22.4M dollars worth of projects at one time. He has served as PM on Industrial and Commercial projects as well as many Design Build type jobs. Day to day project management responsibilities include coordination with general contractors, pricing change orders, submittals, purchasing, field coordination, manpower scheduling, project budgeting and closeout procedure. Gary also takes responsibility for the company’s Safety and Health program in conjunction with the company’s safety consultant Engineering Safety Consultants, Inc. located in San Antonio, Texas. Other responsibilities include the day to day activities of the company in the capacity of general partner.
Annette Reiley – Vice President – Accounting Manager
Annette is responsible for office operations to include the day to day processing of accounts payables & receivables. She is responsible for the job set up and cost allocations for all projects. Annette handles all Service Department billing and all company collections.
